SUNDAY TEAMS

LIFE|KIDS Team (Nursery: 0-2yrs, Pre-K: 3-5yrs, Elementary: TK-2^nd Grade, Check-In): 

This team creates an environment where children are consistently exposed to the real love of Jesus.  They intentionally invest in the lives of our children through check-in, worship, videos, small groups, greeting, games and more. TWEEN|LIFE Team (3^rd-5th Grade): 

This team creates an environment where older children are consistently exposed to the real love of Jesus.  They intentionally invest in the lives of our children through check-in, worship, videos, small groups, greeting, games and more. (All gifts) (Director/Pastor: Heidi; Captain: Tweens-Open)

YOUTH GROUP Team (Middle School 6^th-8^th Grades, High School 9^th-12^th Grades): 

Join the team that is building the next generation, building lasting relationships, impactful camps, and life-changing mission trips! (All gifts) (Pastor-Open; Captain-Dominique Maul)

*We give our Next Gen programs first priority for serving! All opportunities to work with children and youth require completing a thorough application process, some exceptions apply.

FIRST IMPRESSIONS Team

(Craftsmanship, Exhortation, Faith, Giving, Hospitality, Leadership, Missionary, Service) (Director/Pastor: Jessica; Captains: Welcome-Rachael Slater; Life Cafe-Rebecca Ross; Ushers-Elliot Ross)

Welcome Team/Door Greeters:  As part of the First Impressions Team, this team loves people and makes them feel at home here at LIFE CHURCH. This team connects guests to the Church community, providing resources and information on all of our current events, ministry opportunities and services at LIFE CHURCH. They welcome guests with a smile, encouragement and personal touch so that hearts are open to the Gospel message.

LIFE|CAFE: As part of the First Impressions Team, this team connects with guests by offering a hot cup of coffee, snacks, and a warm welcome.

Ushers: As part of the First Impressions Team, these men and women prepare people for a positive worship experience by welcoming and assisting guests to a seat, and maintaining a distraction-free environment.

MEDIA Team:

This team specializes in our Sunday services presentation by operating various mediums such as presentation software, cameras, and live stream. (Administration, Craftsmanship, Faith, Giving, Leadership, Service) (Pastor: Bob; Captain: Open)

 Photography/Videography Team: 

This team creatively uses their photography and videography skills to photograph Sunday services and special events, as well as provide photo and video editing. (Administration, Craftsmanship, Faith, Giving, Hospitality, Exhortation, Leadership, Evangelism, Service) (Pastor-Bob; Captain-Open)

SOUND Team: 

This team helps people enter into worship and mix the vocals and instruments through running our sound board. (Administration, Craftsmanship, Faith, Giving, Leadership, Service) (Pastor: Bob; Captain: Open)

SUNDAY OPS Team:

(Administration, Craftsmanship, Faith, Giving, Leadership, Service) (Director/Pastor: Jessica; Captain: Set Up and Communion-Olivia Wilson; Safety-Alex Duenas)

Set Up/Clean Up: This team sets up/cleans up before First Service or after Third Service.

Communion: This team serves behind the scenes to prepare both the elements and the environment for Communion during our Sunday Communion services.

Safety: This team serves to ensure that the grounds and the classrooms are safe during services. This team roams during services and is easily accessible in case of emergency.

 OTHER TEAMS

A-Team (Administration):

This team utilizes their gifts of administration and organization to assist the Church Administrator in both small tasks and larger projects. (Administration, Giving, Faith, Healing, Leadership, Service) (Director/Pastor-Jessica)

Events/Decor Team:

Church-wide events are creatively planned and energetically hosted by this team who places priority on valuing people and serving with excellence. (Administration, Exhortation, Faith, Giving, Hospitality, Leadership, Service) (Pastor-Lana)

CARE Team: 

This team is involved in ministries that focus on serving and meeting the needs of our church family (i.e., providing meals). (All gifts) (Pastor-Lana)

Outreach/Missions Team: 

This team is involved in ministries that focus on serving and meeting the needs of our local communities as well as the world. (Discernment, Evangelism, Faith, Giving, Healing, Intercession, Knowledge, Leadership, Miracles, Missionary, Prophecy, Wisdom) (Pastor-Bob and Jeff)

Prayer Team:

This team receives prayer requests via email throughout the week to pray for needs as they arise. (Discernment, Evangelism, Faith, Giving, Healing, Intercession, Knowledge, Leadership, Miracles, Missionary, Prophecy, Wisdom) (Pastor-Chris)

WORSHIP Team:

Through vocals and instruments, this dynamic team prepares the way for our guests to encounter the presence of the living God. (Discernment, Faith, Giving, Intercession, Leadership, Mercy, Worship, Pastor/Shepherd, Service, Wisdom) (Pastor-Charissa; Captain-Open)

Life Group Leaders:

We believe that real life change takes place in the context of relationships. As a Life Group, you have the greatest opportunity to lead others, develop your gifts, and live out the Great Commission. (All gifts) (Pastor-Bob)
